Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

(b) On February 27, 2023, Alison Rand, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Primerica, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Chief Executive Officer of the Company of her intention to retire on or about April 1, 2024. Ms. Rand has been with the Company since 1995 and has served as Chief Financial Officer for over 22 years. Ms. Rand’s decision was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
