Board of Directors of Primerica, Inc. Declares $0.20 Quarterly Dividend

Quarterly Dividend Increased 5.3% Over the Prior Quarter

DULUTH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Primerica, Inc. (NYSE:PRI), a leading distributor of financial products to middle income households in North America, today approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share for the second quarter of 2017, which reflects a 5.3% increase (or $0.01 per share) over the previous dividend. The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2017 to stockholders of record as of August 18, 2017.
